RETURNS

We hope you will love the products we have made for you however in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, here’s some more information about our returns process.


Drop Dead Dirty's returns policy is as follows:


Customers have 14 days upon receiving their order to cancel and return the order in the condition it was originally received for a refund. We cannot accept the return of wax melts which have been opened and/or used unless they have been supplied in error.


Please contact us at dropdeaddirty@outlook.co.uk or via our contact us form to arrange a return. We aim to answer all queries within 24 hours.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 working days to be credited with your refund.


Return postage is to be paid for by the purchaser unless the product(s) have been supplied in error.


We take great care to package all of our orders to avoid damage in transit however this may still occur. In this instance, due to the intended use of wax melts we will be unable to offer a refund as the end use will not be affected.
