It is not the responsibility of Drop Dead Dirty should you have an allergic reaction, please contact a medical professional and provide them with the warning information provided along with Drop Dead Dirty's details. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep and read this information provided.
What you do with these products once you receive them is your responsibility. If you supply these products to someone else it is your responsibility to provide the warning details provided. Please do not resell these products without expressed permission. If you are found to be reselling any of the products your purchase you could be prosecuted. Once these products are out of Drop Dead Dirty's hands they become your responsibility to handle them with care and adhere to the instructions.
Returns are accepted, however, we retain the right to refuse a return if we see right. Customer must cover the return postage costs. All returns must be unused and unopened and returned in the condition you received them. Please be advised a refund will only be offered upon receipt of product, please keep proof of postage.
Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days in the EU and UK, you must email the cancellation asap so that we can stop it. Often your order can be processed and shipped within 24 hours, so if you cancel after shipping, please allow for the order to arrive then customer must return at their own cost. A refund will be offered upon receipt of the cancelled order.
We are entitled to refuse service if a customer is seen as being unfair or aggressive.
Should you contact us on any Friday 13th and state the phrase 'unlucky for some' we will send you a free gift with your next order. This is offer is limited to one usage per household per year. Should we have reason to believe this scheme is being abused, the order(s) in question will be cancelled and refunded and the scheme will be withdrawn with immediate effect.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
